What to Expect

“9 in 10 parents want their students to learn computer science, but only 1 in 4 schools teach it. In 2015, there were 11,202 open computing jobs and Arizona only had 401 computer science graduates.” ~ Source: Code.org

Successful beginnings are best achieved when the earliest learning experiences are positive ones. When a young child feels good about school, attitudes are formed that help increases a lifetime of thinking-related growth and curiosity. At New World Learning Academy, our teachers nurture children to become confident learners and help them develop each child’s emotional, social and academic development through hands-on learning, creativity, and computational thinking.

In a variety of structured settings, students learn independence, cooperation, and problem-solving skills. Whether designing and building a small world with classmates, exploring new cultures through our Bar-ba-roo Corner or recognizing themselves as part of a community, students learn about themselves and explore the world around them every day at New World Learning Academy.
