Our Amazing Teachers and Staff

Our Educators – The perfect team

New World Learning Academy Educators recognize the importance of instilling the excitement that comes when children learn new things. Some of the things that lead to academic success comes from experiences we give to children and the guidance we provide in that setting. Our hands on approach stimulates that quest for learning new things. We encourage and support a close bond between staff, parents, and children.

Mrs. Tracie Younce - Director

Mrs. Tracie Younce

Founder & Educator
I am honored and excited to provide Chandler with an early education academy in which a highly academic
and individualized curriculum is taught in an exciting learning environment; one that incorporates S.T.E.M. from
a very early age and provides a solid foundation for success for a lifetime. My background is as an accelerated Pre-K teacher. An education without a ceiling has always been my wish and driving force for every child in America. With the United States falling behind in Science, Math and Technology, we at New World Learning Academy believe a strong early foundation will excite children to engage in these areas and change the statistics one child at a time.

Mrs. Marsha Anders - Teacher Aide

I am so thrilled to be Tracie's preschool classroom aide, here at New World Learning Academy! I am eager to get to know each and every one of you, as we go through the amazing journey of preschool together. Let me start by telling you a little about myself.

I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Accounting, but have spent 8 years serving in education and helping in childcare environments. I chose to place Accounting and Finance in the background because I love working with children and enjoy seeing them succeed.

I believe student's should know that it is okay to make mistakes because that is how we learn. I like for the the students to participate in class discussions and learn from one another. We need to be respectful to each other and always try our best. I am excited to see what this school year has in store for us!

Mrs. Michelle Berretta - Assistant Director

I am excited to be a part of Tracie’s vision for early S.T.E.M. education. I am a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Advertising and Marketing. I have worked at a private school with Preschoolers and Kindergartners for the last 8 years. I feel we underestimate what children this age are capable of doing. If we offer them challenges, then with some help, they can achieve their full potential.

Mr. Walker Kyle - STEM Summer Camp Instructor

S.T.E.M. Educator

I am proud to be a part of New World Learning Academy this summer! I hold a Bachelor’s of Education with specialization in Elementary Education, a Masters of School Administration and Special Education from Grand Canyon University. I have taught school for the last ten years with focus in special education and S.T.E.M. I also hold a BCBA in Autism and Behavior Conflict. It is my desire and passion to see every student succeed, with this in mind success is measured on an individual base not as a group. I look forward to working with New World Learning Academy this summer.
